The vast majority of patent agents and patent engineers have 211 university master's degrees or above. The technical fields cover machinery, electronics, software, Internet, semiconductor, communication, chemical industry, biology, pharmacy and other technical fields.

At present, there are 11 practicing patent agents, 15 patent engineers, 4 trademark agents, 3 copyright agents, and 4 full-time process managers. They all have a background in science, engineering, or law, have received specialized training in intellectual property law, and are proficient in multiple foreign languages.
